Hi I’m Eliza, a Documentary and Lifestyle Photographer based in Newcastle, NSW. I specialize in motherhood and family photography, personal branding and capturing love stories.

I like to blend the raw beauty of documentary photography with a little curation from lifestyle photography to capture authentic and artful imagery. I have found with experience my clients appreciate gentle guidance and occasional prompting rather than having a complete hands-off approach when documenting their story. This blended style of photography allows my clients to feel comfortable and supported whilst holding space for natural and honest moments to unfold.

I am inspired by natural light, simple life and ordinary moments, nostalgic childhood memories, barefoot bushwalks and cozy sunlit corners at home.

More about me-

I’m a 90’s baby. I grew up in a loving and colorful home with my parents and older brother. When I was young, we travelled and lived in parts of Southeast Asia and lived in a Kombi exploring the East Coast of Australia. After returning to Newcastle, we decided to buy property and build a home in the Barrington Tops area. Here we spent the majority of my childhood and teen years enjoying the simple things, swimming in the river, exploring the forest, making art and listening to music. I now live back in Newcastle with my husband and two beautiful children. I am happiest when I am creating art, taking photos, spending time outdoors, listening to music, decorating our home, soaking up the sunshine and hanging out at the beach.
